Finance apprenticeships in France
In France, an apprenticeship (alternance) alternates between school and company over one or two years, with a salary and tuition covered. In finance it is common in asset management, risk and compliance, financial control and fintechs, rarer on trading floors and in M&A.
Hiring peaks in spring and summer for a September start, but roles open all year round.
