Finance internships in London

London is still Europe's first financial centre for internships: ten-week summer internships, six-month off-cycle internships, and spring weeks, one-week insight programmes for students early in their degree. Banks open applications from late summer for the following year and often close them as they fill.

Students from outside the UK generally need a visa for an internship there; large banks are used to sponsoring them, smaller firms less so.
